I don’t know how to express my opinion in enough words that would describe how amazing my experience with this company has been. Miss Lakin is such a wonderful and giving person. She is helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, kind and they worked hard to just help me and my family find the right home that was a fit for us! Everyone in the office was great and I will repeat so friendly!! I am forever grateful and I would recommend this company to anyone who asks me. In fact, when anyone does ask who they should use or who they should call when looking for a home I always tell them Lakin at Emerald Coast Rental Management. It was also a delight to find they are devoted Christians and are proud of that!

Lakin was an amazing host. Our communication before my arrival, during my stay and after was very much appreciated and helpful. I rented the place to take advantage of working “remote” and needed to get away from the Ohio winter. Since I was going to working the whole week, my top priority was reliable, high speed internet service. Lakin was the only condo that used that description. In fact, I contacted a different host before her to inquire about the reliability and they never got back to me. My second priority was that I needed to see the ocean and sunshine from my workspace. Seas the View is EXACTLY as it appears here. The views were amazing. The floor to ceiling windows allowed me to enjoy the views no matter where I was in the kitchen, dining or living area. The place is immaculate and appears to be brand new. Appliances were high end and the place appears to have been professionally decorated. The location was perfect. It was a few steps away from the Oceans restaurant, beach, little convenience store, main pool, hot tub, and walkway over the street to the club. Best of all…..it was steps away from my parked car. I did not want to stay at those places that had the parking garage across the street and have to walk to and from across the walkways. Lastly, you can walk to the restaurants and shops at Edgewater and the Target, Walmart and Dillards is about 5 miles away. I am happy I rented and plan to be back soon to this condo with my family.
